Cornerstone partnered with a global medical device manufacturer overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of a facility upgrade and equipment relocation project with a global project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and coordination of multiple contractors to perform construction activities, disassemble and reassembling of equipment, equipment relocation, and renovate a newly leased facility. Cornerstone performed scheduling and project coordination activities. Coordinate project activities with a global team. Cornerstone created critical path timelines to coordinating project activities for the success. Coordinate client team members, contracted experts, and construction company to meet client critical deadlines for new part manufacturing.
