I was assigned to a large, multi-faceted project with many workstreams and areas of expertise with which I had very little experience. Our upper management offered to add people to the project, but I didn’t need people who knew less than me that I would have to try and lead. I needed someone with expertise and experience who had the know-how to get the project moving, someone who could see around corners and address issues before they delayed the project.

We decided to hire Cornerstone Program Management to fill this role, and it changed everything. Cornerstone quickly got up to speed on the project and understood exactly where we needed to go and how to get there. They quickly assembled a detailed project timeline and helped structure our weekly workstream meetings and reporting. Cornerstone helped me by thinking of potential problems and risks before I thought of them. They were completely focused on making sure that I had everything I needed and more. I went from pulling my hair out with new crises every day to being able to see and think clearly about how the project was progressing. As a result of Cornerstone, the project started moving forward aggressively. Put simply, Cornerstone was more than I could have hoped for. We would have never made the progress we did without them.
