Cornerstone partnered with a global parcel company overseeing the planning, scheduling, execution and closeout of an equipment upgrade of over 30 sortation lines at 4 major hubs across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and coordination of multiple contractor teams across the United States. Ensuring consistent communication between local maintenance team, client project manager, and technical project team. Ensure equipment installation matched approved engineering drawings. Track open project issues and implement solutions. Identify and mitigate project risks including resource coordination and between client and technical team. Perform project closeout tasks including finalization and approval of project documentation and handoff to local maintenance team.
